These terms are written in plain English. By using canva-to-html, you agree to the following.
What the service does
You pay $5 and give us the URL of a published Canva website. We convert that site into a set of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and image files, packaged as a zip. You download the zip and can host those files wherever you want.
Each payment covers one URL. If you want to convert a different site, that is a separate payment.
What you get
The converted files are yours. You can host them, modify them, share them, or do whatever you like with them. We don't retain any rights to your converted content.
We do our best to produce a faithful copy of your site, but we don't guarantee a pixel-perfect result. Some Canva features might not translate perfectly to static files. If something looks off, let us know and we will try to fix it.
Your responsibilities
You should only convert sites that you have the right to convert. That usually means it is your own site. We don't verify ownership, but if someone reports that their site was converted without permission, we may need to get involved.
Don't use this service to copy other people's work and pass it off as your own. That is not what this tool is for.
Refunds
If your conversion fails and we can't fix the issue, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
If the conversion succeeded but something looks wrong, email us first. We will try to fix it. If we can't make it right, we will refund you.
We process refunds through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.
Failed conversions
If a conversion fails partway through, you can retry it for free by entering the same URL on the same browser. Your payment is only consumed when a conversion completes successfully. See our support page for more details.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the service running, but we can't promise 100% uptime. If the service is down when you try to use it, try again later or email us.
