Common issues

Some Canva sites might use features we haven't accounted for yet. Go back to the home page and enter the same URL again to retry for free. As long as you're on the same browser, you won't be charged twice. If it still doesn't work, email us and we will look into it. If we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
Your download is available for 48 hours after conversion. If the link expired or something else went wrong, email us and we will send you a new one.
The converted site needs to be served with a local server. Open the folder in your terminal and run npx serve -s . to view it. If something still looks off, let us know.
